Understanding Your 14-Digit Reference Number & Consumer ID
Every electricity meter in Pakistan is assigned two primary identification keys printed on physical paper bills:
14-Digit Reference Number
Consists of a 2-digit batch code, 5-digit sub-division code, and 7-digit account number. Example: 20 13228 1236400. This is the primary code required to fetch your bill online.
10-Digit Consumer ID
A 10-digit unique customer account ID. Example: 1131866641. Used primarily for online banking bill payments and mobile wallet registration.
